Memphis,Tennessee - Young superstar artist, J Young MDK is a force to be reckoned with , and has joined “Monster Energy Outbreak” tour with headliner, Big Latto. Also known as the “Latto 777” tour, a play off her stage name, but welcomed other incredible acts. Along for the ride are artists Saucy Santana, Kali, and of course, J Young MDK. The tour began on March 19th with a featured stop in the city where the party doesn’t stop, Santa Cruz. Its final stop will conclude in the Georgia Peach itself, and center of the music scene, Atlanta at the world famous Tabernacle. J Young MDK is of course having a blast on the explosive tour. His electric energy has concert goers screaming of excitement and even a” twerk” contest. Every performance for the young rapper makes one feel like they’re getting an exclusive show. The show is continuing until April 23rd and the vibe has been immaculate the entire time.

As a budding rapper, J Young MDK got his start winning a freestyle competition on the radio as a teen. Since then, he released his first album, “Now or Never” in 2019 and others were soon to follow. “Aqua”, “Black” and "White" were all completely separate albums that were released in 2020, during the pandemic. A fun experience, he also had a #50songs50weeks campaign by releasing a track from each album each week.
While he’s on tour, he is staying busy as his upcoming single “Slow Motion” which was set to be released on 4/4/2022. His mentor, Jamie Foxx, has shown nothing but pride in his protégé and regularly spends time in the studio with him. J Young MDK has also been the star of films such as “The App That Stole Christmas” and “Feds Did A Sweep”.
