Baverick ‘Mac Cream’ Hunter is from Memphis, TN. The Southside of town and he is the oldest and only male child of his peers.
Mac Cream was raised in a single parent home with his mother Ms. Donna Watson Phillips and she worked three jobs to provide for her family of six.

Mr. Hunter, at a young age believed it was his obligation to assist with relieving the financial burdens off of his mother and family. He decided to pursue a music career while having different business ventures that was not deemed normal in society to help to put food on the table for his family.

In 1992, Baverick was a victim of gun violence and left in critical condition which resulted in the loss of his lower extremities. He was 20 years old at the time and even in the darkest hours, Hunter never gave up on his faith in God, himself nor his dreams.

Mac Cream is a Memphis Legend and is continuously working towards a new chapter in his life's blueprint. His motivation for his hard work and efforts are powered by his mother.

Mac Cream aspires to provide his mother with a peaceful and enjoyable life because he feels Ms. Donna has worked her entire life.
