Distance started out focusing on short films, movies and independent music videos. The company is founded by Tonio Harris and is based out of Atlanta, Georgia and Memphis, Tennessee.
In 2017, Distance films signed a movie distribution deal with a major movie distribution company soon to be announced.
Distance 1st movie release will be the independent hood crime drama,"Time", written, produced, directed and starring Tonio Harris and Marcus Tolbert.
Distance films will be releasing movies in the near future, one movie called "38114", a hood film focused around the inner city streets of Memphis Tennessee and "I'm Following You", a suspense/drama film.
